Strict Cancellation Policy (for Vacation Rental Bookings)

Under the Strict Cancellation Policy, guests must cancel at least 14 days before check-in in order to receive a 50% refund of the nightly rate (excluding fees). If the reservation is cancelled less than 14 days before check-in, no refund of the rental charges will be issued. The security deposit (if applicable) will be refunded in full, provided there are no damages or additional charges.

Policy Details:

• Full refund (minus service fees): Cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in.

• 50% refund of nightly rate: Cancellations made 7–13 days before check-in.

• No refund of nightly rate: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in.

• Security deposit: Refunded in full unless damages or additional charges apply.

• Check-in time: 4PM.

• Check-out time: 10AM.

This cancellation policy is consistent with industry standards for short-term vacation rentals and is strictly enforced to protect hosts from last-minute losses when dates cannot be rebooked.
