All guests are liable for their personal safety and belongings through out the duration of their stay on property of all Happy Stay Homes LLc. Guests are liable for any property damages caused during their stay and will receive an estimate to be fulfilled no later than 2days post departure. HOUSE RULES: NO PETS/ANIMALS, NO SMOKING INDOORS, NO LITTERING, NO COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY, NO EVENTS OR PARTIES CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. NO refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. INDEMNIFICATION: The tenant indemnifies the Landlord against any liabilities like accidents, loss of property, injury, or death of any person. For tangible damages, security deposit is used at first and the remaining amount shall e paid by the Tenant/Guest upon first request.
